    • Event Spaces:  Three versatile ballrooms accommodating 50 to over 600 guests,

                                                            plus a scenic lakeside pavilion with a fireplace, grill, and restrooms.

  • Catering:  In-house catering options to suit a variety of tastes and dietary needs with certified                            Food Handlers/Servers.

  • Decorations: Customizable decorations to match the theme and style of your event, Tables, Chairs,                           Chairs covers & Ties, Table Runners.

  • Staffing:  Professional staff to assist with event coordination, setup, and execution.

  • Parking:  Ample parking spaces with additional support for multiple concurrent events.

  • Bartending: TABC-certified bartenders available to serve your guests, with the requirement that                              clients provide their own alcohol.

  • Security: Dallas Sheriff's Dept. Police.

  • Event Planning: Assistance from an experienced event planner to help with logistics and                                                 recommendations for every event.

 

Photographers are welcome to come use our space for engagement shoots,

family pictures, senior photos, and more.

Grand Ballroom

Room Size: 11,200 sq. ft.
Capacity: 600

Our largest indoor space features elegant dimmable chandeliers and wall sconces, a spacious dance floor, and a stage. This versatile room can bring your vision to life, creating a memorable setting for any event.

Terrace Room

Room Size: 3,370 sq. ft.
Capacity: 170

This charming room features large windows with a stunning view of Lake Ray Hubbard. It includes a spacious bar, a stage, and a dance floor, all complemented by dimmable chandeliers and elegant wall sconces.

Parlor Room

Room Size: 4,480 sq. ft.
Capacity: 225

The Parlor, This versatile room can be divided into two smaller spaces for intimate gatherings or opened up to accommodate full capacity. It features a bar on each side, as well as a combined stage and dance floor.

The Pavilion

An Exquisite Experience
Capacity: 65+

The Pavilion, located on a hilltop overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard, offers restrooms, picnic tables, lighting outlets,

a charcoal grill, and a wood-burning fireplace.

This versatile space can be transformed for weddings, ceremonies, or casual gatherings such as BBQs or reunions.

Equestrian Barn

A Unique Encounter
Capacity: 500

The Equestrian Barn, This full-sized equestrian barn includes an indoor arena, a kitchen with concessions, and restrooms.
