How much parking is available?

We have a several large parking lots that can handle events of all sizes.

Is the rental fee cheaper if we don’t book a Saturday night?

Yes, our prices vary based on the day of the week you choose for your event. Fridays and Saturdays are often the most sought after event days and are more expensive because of that.

What is your alcohol policy?

Our clients must provide their own alcohol to be served by a TABC certified bartender. Our venue manager checks licenses before each event. We also have a team of bartenders at your service! Please inquire with your event planner regarding recommended quantities.

Are other events scheduled on the same day?

Yes, because we have multiple rooms available for rent there is a chance that another event will be happening the day of your event. If this is an issue we recommend booking on a Sunday or during the week when it is less likely another event will book. We also have special rates that sell out the entire venue for an agreed-upon price.

 

Are there any restrictions we need to know about?

No glitter, confetti, or fire indoors, including sparklers. Your caterer may use sterno fuel for buffet tables as needed. Please inquire with us about special outdoor permits that include the use of fire.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We require a $500 nonrefundable security deposit in order to hold the room and date that you wish to host your event. Payment in full, is required one month before the date of the event. If you wish to cancel your event, we will refund all payments minus the security deposit up to 14 days prior. If you are within the 14 day period, no refunds will be given.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed for outdoor events. For any events inside we ask for a maximum of two pets and a $250 pet fee. It is imperative that your pet is appropriately chaperoned throughout the event. Animals can get overwhelmed in large groups and the last thing we want is for your furry family member to become dehydrated or panicked on your big day!

Can I stop by for a tour at any point?

Yes! We would love to show you around the campus. Our office hours are 8am-5pm M-F. If you wish to schedule a tour outside of those hours please call (214) 501-1380.
